What personal data we collect

  1. When you open and/or use our Service – using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and HotJar – we collect and use the following data in an anonymized or pseudonymized manner:
    1. browser type
    2. subpages visited on our site
    3. operating system
    4. IP address or abbreviated IP address
    5. user behavior (mouse movements, clicking, session duration, etc.).
  2. When a user completes any of the forms on the Site, we additionally collect the user’s e-mail address and possibly information on what range of services the user is interested in. This data is stored for as long as the user may express interest in AGM Labza sp. z o.o. services.
  3. To opt out of having your data used by Google Analytics, install a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics JavaScript code (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js).
  4. To opt out of having your data used on HotJar use this opt-out option.
  5. When a user leaves a comment on the Service, we collect the data provided in the comment form, as well as the user’s IP address and browser agent string to combat spam. The anonymized string that is created from the email address (called a hash) can be passed to the Gravatar application to ascertain whether the user is using it. Gravat’s privacy policy can be found at: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once a comment is approved, the user’s profile picture becomes publicly visible next to the comment.
  6. In any case, data transfer is done in an encrypted manner (via HTTPS).

For what purpose we collect personal data

  1. We collect data in order to:
    • provide services and offer products
    • comply with the law
    • conduct analytical activities and to improve our Service
    • enable contact in contact forms
    • process orders
  2. In the contact forms, we ask users for the minimum amount of personal information possible. We ask for their email address so that we can contact them. This address will only be used for marketing purposes if the user gives us explicit permission to do so.

Profiling

  1. Using Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, we collect anonymized and aggregated data to create profiled audiences for online advertising. The purpose of these activities is to present AGM Labza sp. z o.o.’s offerings to people who are more likely to be interested in the Company’s services.

  3. In addition, to opt out of ad personalization:
    • Google – you can use the Ads settings;
    • Facebook – you need to change your Account Settings under Ads.

To whom personal data is transferred

  1. Personal data of the Service users – such as e-mail address and e-mail correspondence – are stored on the servers of zenbox sp. z o.o., 7 Dąbrowskiego St., 42-200 Częstochowa, NIP: PL949-219-10-21, REGON: 242888558, KRS: 0000414281.
    The service is provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions available at https://zenbox.pl/regulaminy.html, in particular the Privacy Policy.
  2. In an anonymized manner, personal data is also transferred, for statistical and analytical purposes, to Google Ireland Limited. through the Google Analytics service, to Facebook Inc. through the Facebook Pixel service.

When personal data is deleted

  1. Data collected by the Google Analytics service is deleted automatically after 50 months.
  2. Data collected through the contact form is deleted when the purpose for which it was collected becomes obsolete, such as data collected to fulfill a contract.
  3. Data collected through the comments function on the Website is collected indefinitely.

What rights do the users of the Website have with regard to personal data

  1. If a user leaves a comment on the Service, he or she may request to receive an exported file with his or her personal data.
  2. If a user has contacted AGM Labza sp. z o.o. via the contact form, he or she may request the deletion of the data left at any time.
  3. The request for deletion or export of data must be formulated by e-mail and will be executed without undue delay.

How we protect personal data
